Can you make custom products?

Yes, we’d be very happy to help you create metal custom products, we'll provide you with the design drawing and detailed dimensions in DWG or PDF format.

Do you offer facade / cladding fabrication services?

Yes, we offer facade/cladding fabrication services, with or without installation; however, we have a minimum order size for facade/cladding.

Do you sell materials, and can you manufacture products that include those materials?

Yes, we offer laser cutting, bending, welding, and powder coating services, either with materials included or excluding materials (using materials provided by the customer).

Is there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

No, but for laser cutting, bending, welding, and powder coating services, there is a minimum payment of 555,000, including or excluding VAT. 

What is the machine's capacity for laser cutting?

Our machine can process materials up to a maximum thickness of 20.0 mm for MS steel; 12.0 mm for stainless steel; and 6.0 mm for aluminum; with a cutting table size of 1500 x 3050 mm.

Can you ship outside the city or to other islands?

Yes, we can ship to wherever your project is located, no matter where your facility is, as proofed by our experience serving all regions of Indonesia for over the past 20 years.
